Refund policy

The return procedure is as follows:

1。 Please keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, receipts and related products.
2。 Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to request a return.
3。 Please confirm that the condition of the product meets the requirements of the return policy, and we will notify you of the return application as soon as possible.
4。 After receiving the goods, the refund process will be arranged within seven working days.
*If we fail to collect the product within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange of the product.

We have the right to refuse a customer's return or exchange request in any of the following situations:
